Once the construction begins on your home, we’ll be in constant contact with you. We’ll be available to walk through the home with you at different stages of construction to assist you with selections of everything from paint colors, light fixtures, flooring to toilet paper holders!

We have established strong relationships with some of the best subcontractors in Colorado who share our philosophy of customer service and quality. Most of our subcontractors are smaller companies, who respond quickly and do their work as if they are working on their own house. That’s why we can boast of a consistently high level of excellence in all our homes.

We are members of the Better Business Bureau and we have been members of the Colorado Springs Housing and Building Association since 2000. Todd has worked in construction industry since 1982 and Daun has been involved since 1994 - together we have 40 years of experience in homebuilding.
